NO. Sleep nude -- especially if you're already freeballing (i.e. not wearing underwear). It's even sillier to put underwear ON just for bed than to wear it at all in the first place.
I've been sleeping nude for many years and freeballing full-time for the past 5.
What you wear has no effect on sperm production. Many people even say that underwear and pants shaking effect sperm production, but it is a false statement. The scrotum is your responsibility to the testicles sertain tempurature to maintain, even when pushed against the body. So do what you want, and do not worry.

Today, something not take hold. Girls almost all hope is nothing but an adult if its correct use for now.
