How do I avoid an asthma attack after exercise? - asthma attack more condition_symptoms

I am 20 and have never had the asthma. Recently, after my football games, I coughed a lot, but today I had an asthma attack couldnt breathe the same place, there was a lot of pressure on my chest and I could not stop coughing. Asthma, my brother was very ill, so I would inhaler use, and I sat in the bath with steam shower and left. Is it possible to prevent asthma after the training? Normally I do not have asthma.

You should consult with your doctor that you can refer to a specialist and a plan for asthma management have immediately. You will make a series of studies of the lung and probably also in a preventive approach. After this for a few days you should be good for the exercise, but if you feel the breath still trying to get some spray inhaler before activity and then, if necessary.

Hope this helps:)

Sorry, I'm far from an expert on asthma, but have not bought, sometimes asthma, but here is a place where you can get more information.

I had some good effect of the natural resources on this page, but all have failed. In any case, since you are not sure whether you have asthma, I suggest that the diagnosis is made. This is the right way to treat medical problems.

From what you write here seems that you exercise asthma, see a doctor and start on the medication as soon as they are the correct medication, you may be able to play football without asthma crisis again even if it means catching the breath before the game.

The pilot green ball is a good sign, salmeterol salbutamol, but ask your doctor safe.
