Here's the bad news:

TV / DVD Combo is 2 W RMS x 2-channel amplifier. This is very low. No audio output. It either has a headphone jack. So no receiver or amplifier can be connected.

It is not possible, you can improve the tone of the TV or DVD player included.

Well, it's a remote possibility: an electronic engineer to design and install a standard audio (mini-jack output pair or RCA). Not everyone can think to do me. This requires a very special (but not increased too complex) circuit for the UN's output signal.

Open the cabinet sounds of television and connect the speakers directly over the terminals of the internal speakers are generally better, but this does not work here, as the amp is low (and even can be dangerous to themselves).

Not even an external amplifier directly permanently damaged at the terminals of the internal speakers, integrated amplifier / TV-DVD combo by increasing the volume to bestronger external amplifier.

What is there to strengthen signals via satellite / cable box (if a Usig) video game console or DVD player by connecting the external audio output AUX / LINE IN input of a stereo system you have.
