Country Style Casserole (from www.flylady.net)
2 cans of chicken soup
3 / 4 cup mayonnaise
Milk 1 / 2 cup
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Chicken tortilla casserole

Cajun Fried Chicken


2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 tablespoons flour, heaping
2 tablespoons packed Dash
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (Konriko is best), or to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
Salt and pepper
Oil to a ½-inch frying pan


Mix all dry ingredients, except salt and pepper. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Dunk the chicken in wet mixture and then mix dry layer. The hotel is on the grill until the oil is heated to medium heat.

Just type in the layer of chicken in the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes and a half, depending on thickness of chicken. In turn only once.

Preheat oven to 425f. Butter, melted in large saucepan over medium heat. The flour until Incorporated. Gradually add milk and broth, stir and cook until thickened. Add chicken and spices. 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon juice
¼ c. Tea Salt
¼ c. Tea black pepper

4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Mix all ingredients.

Brush mixture on both sides of the chicken and grill over low heat for about 8 minutes per side.
